PERSON HIT BY CAR IN SOUTH DELHI DEFENCE COLONY  The Delhi Police has captured a draftsman and a financial specialist for supposedly running more than a 70-year-elderly person with their Skoda vehicle in South Delhi's Guard Settlement recently.
